11 signs you’re spending too much time in a hotel while on a trip
If you’ve been wondering this lately, this is just the list you need…
1) You’re on a first-name basis with everyone at the front desk, club lounge, restaurant and the bar in just a few hours or days of your stay.
2)You ask for the same room number in every hotel you check-in just so you don’t have to remember a new one, again.
3) You start understanding the abbreviations used by the hotel staff - B&B, BAR, TTG, and VIB. If you have no idea what these short forms stand for… you are on a right track!
4) You start feeling more comfortable in a hotel room than at home.
5) You not only recognize a piece of music but also which hotel plays it in its elevator and/or elevator. No to mention you singing along with it!
6) You just can’t understand the reason why the staff of a hotel can make your room exactly the way you like it and your staff/wife at home can’t do the same.
7) The soap, shampoo, and lotion you use have a logo of the hotel you visited recently just so you don’t run out of them while you’re away.
8) You know exactly what is to be served today in the club lounge based on the day of the week.
9) You prefer staying at the hotel to catch up with your favorite TV show than exploring the beauty of the city you are in. Better to buy a good data plan and watch your favorite show online from anywhere why waste those precious moments in a hotel room?
10) You remain in the hotel room to avail the ‘free’ Wi-Fi facility. Why don’t you just switch to a good International SIM card with a good data plan or get a portable wi-fi for a speedy internet connection throughout your trip with the lowest rates possible!
11) You’re renovating your home and you copy the layout—placement of light wallpapers, air-conditioning included—of your favorite hotel room!
So, if you think your behavior has any of the signs above then beware!
